Accommodation:
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is located in the main house, has twin beds & a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 is one level down in what used to be the mule shed.
This room has a double bed, a portable fan, tea-making facilities & en-suite shower, toilet & wash hand basin.
Bathrooms:
Spacious bathroom in main house, with shower, wash hand basin & toilet.
Other bathroom is en-suite in bedroom 2.
Kitchen:
Rustic kitchen with gas hob & extractor hood, combination microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster etc. Small
breakfast table & chairs.
Lounge/Dining Room:
Lounge area has a three piece suite, comprising two armchairs & three seater bed settee. Log burning stove, satellite
TV, DVD, Video, CD/Radio.
Dining area has a large rectangular rustic table & four chairs.
Door from lounge leading to private shaded terrace, with outside furniture & gas barbeque.
Other:
Each bedroom has a double wardrobe. The lounge has a bed settee to sleep two more people & can also be used if it is
preferred to have younger children under supervision.
Cleaning/towels/linen:
Shower & hand towels included but not beach & pool towels, all bedding included. The house & linen will be freshly
cleaned prior to arrival, sheets & towels changed weekly thereafter. Laundry service available on request.
The pool is cleaned & serviced every couple of days.
Amenities/facilities provided:
Hob, fridge freezer, microwave, iron/ ironing board, room fans, hair drier, safety deposit box, satellite TV,
DVD/Video, CD/Radio, Wireless LAN connection, use of swimming pool.
We provide a welcome pack with a few basic items. If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance
and we will change the contents accordingly. Items may vary slightly from those shown in the photo.
Tea & coffee making facilities are also provided, in bedroom 2.

Outside:
There are five separate terraces around the property for every mood. There are two terraces always in the sun, then
there is the terrace around the pool which has sun & shade, if you want to retreat with a good book there is a
tranquil area shaded with climbing plants & a wooden screened pergola. Finally there is the sheltered terrace
adjoining the lounge, this terrace, for exclusive use of guests is walled & gated, great for keeping the young ones
safe, great for dining out in the shade, taking a siesta or barbequing.
The gardens, although new, are planted with
various interesting trees & shrubs. At the rear, behind the old well, there are old traditional terraces with mature
olive trees, grapevines & new fruit trees.

Notes on accommodation:
Because of its location (built on a rocky knoll) the property is on several levels & is unsuitable for wheelchair
access & younger children would need to be closely supervised at all times.
The property is close to the tarmac road & is accessed from a short dirt track, easily reached in a small car.
A car is essential for shopping & trips out; there is parking for two cars - more by arrangement.
We have provided several ashtrays for use outside on the terraces. There is strictly no smoking allowed inside.
